Den här integritetspolicyn beskriver vilken information vi samlar in, varför vi samlar in den, vad vi gör med den och vilka rättigheter du som användare har. När besökare lämnar kommentarer på webbplatsen eller skickar mejl till oss samlar vi in de obligatoriska uppgifter som visas i kommentarsformuläret och de uppgifter som skickas i mejlet.

Vilka vi delar dina data med

Din data delas inte med någon förutom med oss, samt vårt personuppgiftsbiträde Inleed (https://inleed.se/) som hanterar och lagrar alla data. Hur länge vi behåller era uppgifter

Kommentarer, profiluppgifter (e-mail, användarnamn, namn, webbplats, profilbilder, profilinformation) och dess metadata sparas utan tidsgräns. Anledningen till detta är att vi behöver en viss mängd information för att kunna driva samt visa hemsidan på ett tillfredsställande sätt. Kundinformation från webbshoppen sparas i max en månad, dock sparas betalinformation så som transaktionsnummer m.m. längre av legala ändamål.

Statistikdata så som IP-adresser och enhetsinfo m.m. lagras i max ett dygn.

Vilka rättigheter du har över dina data

Om du har ett konto eller har skrivit några kommentarer på denna webbplats kan du begära en exportfil med de personuppgifter vi har om dig, inklusive alla uppgifter du har gett oss. Du kan också begära att vi tar bort alla personuppgifter vi har om dig. Detta omfattar inte eventuella uppgifter som vi är tvungna att spara av administrativa, legala eller säkerhetsändamål. Introduction

This privacy policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it and what rights you as a user have. We value your privacy and collect only data that is necessary for the website to function. This privacy policy is valid for the main domain https://andreasteodorsson.se.

We follow GDPR and only collect information by legitimate interest since a certain amount of data is required for the website/service to function.

What personal information we collect and why we collect it

We care about your privacy. A small amount of information as possible to run the website is collected, and includes:

Basic:

  • IP-addresses: The visitor’s IP-address is stored for safety purposes and statistics.
  • Browser- and unit data: Type of web browser and version, type of unit and version
  • Statistics: What pages that are visited and files that are used

Comments:

When a visitor leaves a comment on the website or send us an email we collect obligatory information that is shown in the comment field and that is sent in the email.

Cookies

If the user leaves a comment on our website (s)he can choose to save his/hers name, e-mail and website in a cookie file. This is for the user’s convenience so (s)he doesn’t have to fill in the same information the next time (s)he writes a comment. These cookies are valid (stored) for a year.

If the user visits our log-in page we will set a temporary cookie to check if his/hers browser accepts them. This cookie contains no personal information and is deleted when the user closes the browser.

When the user logs in we will also create several cookie files to save information about the user’s login and choice for configuration of the screen layout. Cookies for login are valid for two days and cookies for layout choices are valid for a year. If the user clicks ”Remember Me” the cookie file will stay for two weeks. If the user logs out from his/hers account the cookie files for login will be deleted.

If the user edits or publishes an article an extra cookie will be saved in the user’s browser. This cookie file contains no personal information and is only there to remember the post-ID that the user just edited/posted. The cookie is valid for one day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the user visited that website directly.

These websites may collect information about the user, use cookie files, embed tracking from third parties and monitor your interaction with said embedded content, including tracking of the user’s interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and is logged in on the website in question.

Customer information

When you visit our shop the information we collect is:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
  • Comments and reviews you leave

When you buy something from the shop we process and store information such as: your name, e-mail address and other information you leave during checkout. This is stored to send you your order, to handle your order, to handle the payment, for analysis and for legal reasons.

Analysis

Some data is gathered for analytic- and statistic purposes. These data includes, and not limited to, IP-addresses, what pages, files etc that are visited, what unit the visitor is using as well as the unit information as type, version, browser version and so on.

Who we share your data with

Your data is not shared with anyone except with us, including our personal data controller Inleed (https://inleed.se/) that handle and store all data. If you use our web store some information about you is shared with our payment provider Stripe during checkout. Their privacy policy can be read here: https://stripe.com/en-se/privacy.

How long we keep your data

Comments, profile data (e-mail, username, name, website, profile picture, profile information) and its meta data is saved without time limit. The reason for this is that we need a certain amount of information to be able to run as well as show the website on a pleasing way. Customer infromation from the webshop is saved for maximum one month, but certain payment information such as transaction number etc is stored longer for legal reasons.

Statistical data such as IP-addresses and unit info etc is stored for at most a day.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an ccount or have written any comments on this website you may request an export file with the information we have on you, including all information you have given us. You can also request to have your personal information deleted. This does not include eventual information that we are forced to save due to administrative, legal or safety purposes. To do this, please contact support@hovkluster.se.

You have the right to:

  1. access you personal information
  2. have incorrect personal information corrected
  3. have your personal information deleted
  4. object against the use of your personal information for direct marceting.
  5. object against automated decisionmaking and profiling of your personal information.
  6. move personal information (data portability)

Where we send your data

All data is stored and processed in Sweden. If you checkout in our webshop some information about you is shared with Stripe (https://stripe.com/en-se/privacy).

We try to keep a high level of security, although no system or network is completely safe. All traffic to and from the website is encrypted.
